Christian Douglas brings a wealth of experience and expertise that uniquely positions him to lead Pioneera. A Business Studies graduate and PRINCE2-certified project manager, Christian combines academic knowledge with practical business acumen. His extensive background in social work, youth support, and business development makes him exceptionally suited to overseeing a venture that blends entrepreneurship, childcare, and community empowerment.
